I’ve got to tell you these folks went the extra mile and really saved my bacon. I broke down in the motorhome on the turnpike in no man’s land. I called a mechanics shop in Orlando and asked if they knew anyone I could trust in the area where I broke down. They made the recommendation and I’m sure happy they did. The wrecker situation was terrible, they quoted me one price when contacted through the Florida Highway patrol and then refused to honor that one. They would not drop the vehicle at this repair shop until I paid the “new improved” price. Josh and I had never spoken before. I reached out to him from the side of the road and explained that I lost a serpentine belt on the engine. He was kind enough to send his wife to Mercedes to pick up the part and have it there for me. The wrecker ran several hours late and Josh was kind enough to stay open late waiting for me. He was shorthanded and, despite that, they did the work timely, professionally and perfectly. I can’t say enough good about these folks. Honesty, integrity and willingness to go the extra mile to help a customer. I found out in conversation that he was a former police officer and then it all made sense. Great folks and I give them my highest recommendation.

For all my vehicles, even NEW, I skip the dealer and bring them right to Josh. I have been going here for over 5 years. I moved away from St Cloud and I still travel about an hour just to have services done here because they have earned my trust that they’ll take top notch care of my vehicle. I recently visited FloState for new tires and rims. Josh, Dhalyn, and Haley all assisted in helping me get what I needed. Also ordered a lift kit and running boards through them. The guys in the shop made sure everything was installed in a timely manner. All in all very pleased with my experience there! My truck looks great and could not be happier! I will also be going there for all my routine maintenance work! Highly recommend!

Great service, They do an awesome job during the hurricane prep time I had to get my plugs on my vehicle checked so I can plug in the camper they checked all the plugs on a day they were closing early they were very loyal very kind and very efficient King for a great mechanic if this is your place I highly recommend them

I want to thank flostate for the work they did on my truck, I dropped my truck off for a oil change and they found something wrong that I had no clue was wrong with my truck, they were very informative and kept me In the loop with all the repairs and made sure to get my truck done before the hurricane thanks again flostate and I would highly recommend if you need someone to work on your vehicle.
