FloState (Josh and Haley are the ones I've met) are smart, knowledgeable, thorough, organized, honest, fair, and do it all with pleasant personalities and a touch of old-fashioned, small town (in the best way possible) caring. They have a heavy-duty drive-on lift for my (gasoline V-6) 9 1/2 ft tall Class B Roadtrek Zion campervan with all kinds of tanks, hoses/plumbing, battery and wiring underneath. Josh is willing to take on unusual projects (ie, reworking the spacing around the 2nd alternator, ie underhood generator.) Has twice allowed me to preview the undercarriage when up on the lift (greatly appreciated) and explained all. Clean clean clean bays. They have twice been kind enough to drive me 2 miles to home when they had time, although I shouldn't expect it (smaller operation). Honesty was shown when a bolt was broken off when removing a part. (It happens - I grew up in a motorhead family.) I had to pay for a more encompassing, expensive part, but they installed it for free. In my world, the honesty more than compensated for the extra expense of the part. I've never felt nickel-and-dimed (like some other mechanics do in St. Cloud these days), taken advantage of, or up-sold. They have earned a client for life, for my Class B RV and daily driver.
