Very pleased. Came in for an oil change and Josh found a small leak on my oil pan drain plug. As minor a problem as it was, Josh ordered a new washer, installed it, and cleaned the area affected by the leak. Left unresolved, this small leak could have resulted in a low oil level and affected engine performance and life. Thanks.
