Great professional crew with a nice clean shop.

Great shop. My car has always been done in the time frame they have given me. It’s nice to a shop where you can leave your car and not have to worry about it. I would recommend them to anyone.

It was fine, they did a good job just a little pricey.

The office staff was extremely helpful and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. The mechanic that worked on my F-350 was thorough and paid attention to detail.. after the service was completed the staff gave me a packet of information with coupons/referral info and a 24-hour towing/roadside service card. I would also mention that the shop is very clean and organized. That means a lot to me as it says a lot about the work ethic of the entire crew. I was in and out in under an hour, after having a complete service. I will be back and will be sending people their way.

Great service, the mechanic took the time explain the repairs. Everything was done is a timely manner. My appointment was at 9, at 850 my vehicle was in the shop.

We were very pleased with friendly people who were working on our truck. Josh was so nice to show Ken all the bad parts he took off. They were extremely nice to call us and ask how we were doing. We would positively recommend FloState to anyone needing car care. Can't say enough good things about Josh and Haley. Thanks.

Reliable and fantastic service, alot of shops will try to upsell you just to make a buck, flostate wont do that and they do great work. I'll definitely go back.

I have never had a Wow at an auto shop until this week. The Entire staff of flow state go out of their way to make you feel like family and a VIP client. Joshua was a true gentleman who extended himself beyond the call of service. They complete the job as promised, any timely manner, and delivered my truck clean. I highly recommend their services
