Had a brake issue. We were traveling from NC. Called at noon on Thursday and they had us repaired by Friday afternoon. They worked us in even though they didn't have time. They even pointed out an issue with the drag link and replaced that also. I highly reccomend them.

Hello everyone, I am a new customer of flostate from now on, the whole team of mechanics and office make an invaluable combination, not many shops have that combination of communication from the moment you arrive until you pick up the car already repaired. Josh is one of the best in his field, honest, responsible and above all he gets the car to you on time. Haley and Andrea in the office always calling you to give you updates on your car and if you don't speak English there is Andrea to give you the information in your language but the language doesn't matter what matters is the final result of the repair. The mechanics are the most organized both inside and around always clean, the cars parked in their place, no mess like other shops, well now they are my mechanics what else can I say.
