I love this place. I've had them recharge my AC, fixed my running lights and do an alignment (not all at the same time - smile). They do great work and are very friendly and courteous.

This is a great business to work with, their fees are more than reasonable, their technical skill and communication is best in class. I feel fortunate to have found this local family-owned business and plan to use them in the future! Hailey was fantastic to work with. She gave me an estimate for troubleshooting my 11 year old Honda's A/C system that was reasonable and MUCH cheaper than the Honda dealer. As it turns out it was the coolant was low. The Mechanic added the the appropriate amount of coolant along with UV dye to facilitate leak detection. I have a free follow-up appointment to check for leaks with UV light. Hailey kept me informed of progress via their excellent web site. They performed a free inspection and detected a potential problem with my cooling system. They provided pictures and an estimate for this issue.

FloState is one of the best shops I’ve ever experienced! From the start of the process with Hayley, you’re assured your vehicle is in good hands. She does a great job explaining the process, being thorough on what to expect etc. Josh is also amazing! He’s open and honest, transparent, explains things and works with the utmost integrity. Everyone in this shop is so nice and helpful, which is rare nowadays!

Hailey and Josh were awesome. The camshaft and lifters were wore…The communication was great, but best of all my truck runs brand new. GREAT WORK!!!! Thank you both great customer service. Highly recommend!!!

I was referred here by another local company who couldn’t do the job we needed. The service was incredible. We were met outside on drop off and pick up and they knew exactly who we were. The service was quick and reasonably priced. I won’t go back to the dealer with issues moving forward. The whole process felt genuine and honest.

Great work, good communication. Was a little disappointed by the fact that I had made an appointment three weeks out for a Monday had it there and I didn’t actually get an answer to what was wrong with my truck till the following week. Other than that great job.
