Customer service was an all top high, couldn’t have been more friendly and/or accommodating. The actual diagnostic and service was great and less than I anticipated, thank goodness. I will be a long time customer from this day forward.

For anyone looking for an honest reputable company to fix your car, Flostate is the place to go! I was out doing a few errands and at my last stop my car wouldn’t start! I was not familiar with the area as I just moved here from Massachusetts, so I googled places nearby,I noticed this company had 5 stars so I called, I spoke to Hailey she was so sweet, she provided me with a great tow truck company that worked with me as I had little cash on hand. I was so worried thinking something was wrong with the engine as that was what was coming up on the dash. a few hours after my car being there they assured me they were diagnosing the problem, I received a call back from Hailey who is like I said super sweet but also extremely knowledgeable! I told her I believed I may still be covered under my insurance, but when I called the insurance they gave me 2 different answers so Hailey went out of her way and called for me, she called me back about 10 minutes later saying she had good news, and told me I just needed a new battery I was ecstatic ! I so appreciate the honesty, and the professionalism, This is definitely were I will be going from now on with any car issues! Thanks again everyone 😃

Flostate always takes care of us! Best mechanics around.

Brought our Nissan in from a recommended tow service (which was also great). The issue on our dash was “engine malfunction, power reduced.” Flosate investigated and found our battery was poor. From all the online research we had done on this error the outcomes ranged from fuel system failures to transmission issues, all coming at a steep cost for repair. Flostate saved the day for us and our vehicle is running great. They are trustworthy and so easy to contact. The admins and mechanics are all very professional and even went as far to help us research possible repair with a dealership (prior to the fix). 1000% recommending this place for anyone in the area… or beyond!

Can't say enough good things about Flostate. I have been to about 7 different shops to try and get my truck riding better. This is the only shop that was able to give me a smoother ride. I highly recommend them. Super honest and take care of their customers from the staff in the shop to the staff inside. I've recommended them to many people and will continue to be a customer here!
