Outstanding service. Never talked to the tech, but office was great. Phone calls back and forth were great. They call back like they say they will. And work was done faster than expected. I will be back if I have any other issues and will be taking my wife’s truck soon.

FloState is the only place I will take my diesel truck. They've been honest and dependable, and sometimes they're done a little too quick with the job. Hard to complain about that I suppose... Plus the dog that works there (Jack) is definitely a mascot now. Haley has always been great about getting me in quick, and Josh always seems to know what's wrong before he opens the hood even...
